Our Mission

The Access Behavioral Health Network will provide individualized, coordinated, and integrated behavioral health care services designed to meet the specific needs of individuals and families in our communities through cooperation, commitment to excellence, and commitment to the recovery and resilience of our clients and the success of our providers.

  
 
 
Access Behavioral Health (ABH) is a division of Lakeview Center, Inc. ABH was initially formed in 2001 to operate as the Area 1 Prepaid Mental Health Plan under contract with Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration. ABH also manages the behavioral health care services for recipients supported by public funds in the Florida Department of Children and Families District 1.  ABH serves Escabia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton counties in the Florida panhandle. Lakeview Center, Inc. (LCI) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization organized under the State of Florida, FS 617. As a non-for-profit organization all revenues in excess of expenses remain with the corporate structure and are used to insure the achievement of it’s charitable mission.
